Purposes of processing

Your data is collected through the site's forms for two specific purposes:

• Contact form: respond to your request and discuss a possible project with you.
• Project brief forms (showcase site, e-commerce site, etc.): study your project, prepare a quote and get back to you.

Legal bases

Processing is based on two legal grounds defined by the GDPR:

• Your consent (Article 6.1.a) — explicitly collected via a checkbox before sending the form.
• The performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b) — you contact us with a view to a possible commercial relationship.

Data collected

Depending on the form used, the following data may be collected:

• Identity: first name, last name.
• Contact details: email, phone number (optional).
• Content of the message or brief: project description, expectations, visual preferences, attached files (logo, photos, product catalog, etc.), domain name, etc.
• No special category data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR is collected.

Recipients

Data is intended exclusively for the Controller and is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Submissions are received both by email and stored in a database hosted on the Controller's infrastructure.

Hosting and processors

The quick contact form is processed via Formspree (https://formspree.io), acting as a processor for message delivery. Project brief forms (showcase site, e-commerce site, etc.) are processed by a backend hosted by the Controller. No analytics tool or advertising tracker is used.

Retention period

Form data is kept for the time needed to process your request, then for a maximum of 3 years from our last contact, in accordance with the CNIL's recommendations on commercial prospecting. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not use any advertising cookie or analytics tool. Only cookies and local storage entries strictly necessary for ease of use are employed:

• "lang" cookie and localStorage: stores the chosen language (duration: 1 year).
• "theme" localStorage: stores your theme preference (light/dark).
• "cookie-info-dismissed" localStorage: stores the fact that you closed the cookie information banner.
• "showcase_form_draft" localStorage: temporary save (7 days) of your showcase brief draft, automatically removed after submission.
• "ecommerce_form_draft" localStorage: temporary save (7 days) of your e-commerce brief draft, automatically removed after submission.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

• Right of access, rectification and erasure.
• Right to restriction and to object to processing.
• Right to data portability.
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time.
• Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
